WHAT IS PARC DU DOMAINE VERT ?
Parc du Domaine Vert is a forest park located in an urban area: its vocation is one of outdoor activities and the environment respect is fundamental. Available activities are catered to families, school groups and businesses. Note that motorized vehicles, ATVS and snowmobiles are not allowed, or tolerated at Parc du Domaine Vert.
WHO OWNS PARC DU DOMAINE VERT ?
Parc du Domaine Vert is managed by an inter-municipal board resulting from the merger of the following four (4) municipalities
Two (2) representatives from each municipality sit on the Governing Council, which holds its meeting in public, on the third Wednesday of each month. The Park is governed by Quebec's Cities and Towns Act and maintains its one thousand five hundred (1,500) acres of land.
