AMA Nordic Walking offers a new dimension for walking.
Founded in 2004, this company was the first to offer courses of Nordic walking in Quebec thanks to the I.N.W.A technique (International Nordic Walking Association)
Accredited by Finland and California.
Nordic walking is practiced during the 4 seasons, it promotes weight loss, tones the whole body by soliciting 90% of the muscles, improves the cardiovascular system and is safe for joints.
A range of courses to meet all needs: Discovery, Fitness training, Fitness +, Nordic Boot Camp, meditative Nordic walking.
